At Aeon Reef (aeonreef.com), we want you to be completely satisfied with our grocery products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple return process for most items. This policy details return eligibility, procedures, and refund timelines to provide a seamless after-sales experience for our global customers.
Return Eligibility Requirements Items eligible for return must meet the following requirements:
Return Deadline: Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receipt (based on tracking records).
Item Condition: Items must be in their original, unused condition—unopened, undamaged, or uncontaminated. All original packaging (such as sealed packaging, cling film, labels) must be returned intact and included with the returned item.
Exceptions: Fresh food, customized goods, clearance items marked "Final Sale," and opened personal care products (for hygiene reasons) are not eligible for return or refund.
How to Process a Return
Submit a Return Request: Send an email to customer service at service@aeonreef.com, providing your order number, product name, and reason for return. If returning due to damage or quality issues, please attach clear photos of the product and its packaging.
Obtain Return Authorization: After your request is approved, we will send you a return authorization code and detailed return instructions. Return packages without an authorization code cannot be processed.
Returning the Item:
Please pack the item properly (we recommend using the original shipping box).
Clearly label the return authorization code on the outside of the package.
Unless the return is due to our error (such as sending the wrong item or a quality issue), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. If the return is at our fault, we will send a prepaid shipping label via email.
International Returns: Please declare "Returned Goods" on the package to avoid customs fees or delays. Aeon Reef is not responsible for any customs duties incurred on returned goods.
Return Processing and Refunds
Inspection Period: Upon receiving the returned goods, we will complete the inspection within 2-3 business days to confirm whether they meet the return criteria.
Refund Approval: After approval, we will initiate a refund to the original payment method (such as credit card, PayPal) within 1-2 business days.
Refund Arrival Time:
Credit Card/Debit Card: 3-5 business days (depending on the issuing bank's processing speed)
PayPal: 1-3 business days
Note: Original shipping fees (standard or expedited delivery) are non-refundable unless the return is at our fault.
Handling Damaged or Defective Goods: If you receive damaged, defective, or inconsistent goods, please contact us within 7 days of signing for the package. Please contact service@aeonreef.com and provide:

Photos/videos of the defective item and packaging
Problem Description
We will, depending on the situation,
arrange a free reshipment (if the item is in stock), or
provide a full refund (including original shipping costs).
Exchange Service
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need to exchange for a different item or size, please follow the above procedure for return, and reorder the desired item after the refund is completed.
