If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return process for most items. This policy outlines our return eligibility, procedures, and refund timelines to ensure a smooth experience for our global customers.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, please ensure your item meets the following criteria:
  • Return Window: Requests must be submitted within 30 days from the date of delivery (confirmed via tracking information).
  • Item Condition: Items must be in their original, unused condition—free from scratches, tarnishing, or signs of wear. All original packaging (e.g., jewelry boxes, dust bags, tags) must be intact and included with the return.
  • Exceptions: Custom or personalized jewelry, clearance items marked "Final Sale," and earrings (for hygiene reasons) are non-returnable and non-refundable.
How to Initiate a Return
  1. Submit a Return Request: Contact our customer service team at service@aeonreef.com with your order number, item name, and reason for return. Please include clear photos of the item and its packaging if you’re reporting damage or defects.
  1. Receive Return Authorization: Once your request is approved, we’ll send you a Return Authorization (RA) Number and detailed instructions for shipping the item back to us. Returns without an RA Number will not be accepted or processed.
  1. Ship the Item Back:
  • Package the item securely (we recommend using the original shipping box if possible) and clearly label the package with your RA Number.
  • You are responsible for covering return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label via email.
  • For international returns: Please declare the package as "Returned Merchandise" to avoid additional customs fees or delays. Aeon Reef is not responsible for customs charges incurred on return shipments.
Return Processing & Refunds
  1. Inspection Period: Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it within 2–3 business days to confirm it meets our return eligibility requirements.
  1. Refund Approval: If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal) within 1–2 business days of inspection.
  1. Refund Timing: Refund processing times vary by payment provider:
  • Credit/debit cards: 3–5 business days (may depend on your bank’s processing schedule).
  • PayPal: 1–3 business days.
  • Note: Original shipping costs (for Standard or VIP Shipping) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at service@aeonreef.com within 7 days of delivery with:
  • Your order number.
  • Photos/videos of the damaged/defective item and its packaging.
  • A description of the issue.
We will either:
  • Send a free replacement (if the item is in stock), or
  • Issue a full refund (including original shipping costs) to your payment method.
Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different style, size, or color, please follow the return process above to receive a refund for the original item, then place a new order for the desired product.
